North Star Reach offers children with serious health challenges a piece of childhood they might not otherwise experience—campfires and s’mores with new friends, paddling a canoe across the lake, catching fireflies at dusk, or shooting a bow and arrow for the first time. At North Star Reach, campers and families come together in a place where joy is abundant, friendships flourish, and belonging is at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to provide life-changing, barrier-free camp experiences—always free of charge—for children with serious health challenges and their families. Through our week-long summer camp programs and Family Camp weekend programs, we bring everyone together, including parents and siblings, to build a community where children and families feel supported and connected.
